Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully and keep a copy for your records.

I understand that by purchasing a wristband to ride on the Atlanta Beer Bus or presenting an Ale Trail Passport, I assume the risk that I may be injured and/or injure someone else while using the Atlanta Beer Bus. I assume all risks associated with my use of the Atlanta Beer Bus, as well as all risk of loss, theft, or damage of personal property while using or present on the Atlanta Beer Bus or at the establishments/locations where the trip may visit or at any other time and any other location before, during and after the trip. I will not bring any action against Atlanta Beer Bus its employees, successors and/or assigns, for personal injury, property loss, or property damage, including any action for negligence, breach of warranty, products liability, or strict liability, and hereby forever waive, on my own behalf and on behalf of my successors and/or assigns, the right to bring such action.

I affirm that I am at least twenty-one years of age and of sound and sober mind at the time of purchasing the Atlanta Beer Bus wristband.

I further agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the owners of the Atlanta Beer Bus from any liability against any and all claims, including damages or demands of third parties, including but not limited to, successors and assigns, as a result of my use of the Atlanta Beer Bus.

  1. All riders must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a wristband. All passes for Tours are full price, regardless of age.

  2. Riders may not bring beer or wine or other fermented beverages in open containers on board as this is prohibited by Georgia State law.

  3. Riders may not bring the following items on the buses: alcohol, guns or weapons of any kind, animals (documented Service Animals permitted), or glass containers.

  4. Atlanta and Georgia open container regulations must be followed.

  5. Any person arriving in an intoxicated condition shall not be allowed to board the Atlanta Beer Bus.

  6. The Atlanta Beer Bus driver is responsible for the Atlanta Beer Bus and his/her decisions are final.

  7. All laws and rules regarding alcohol and behavior apply to all passengers before, during and after the Atlanta Beer Bus trip. Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending passenger(s) being asked to disembark immediately. No refund will be issued to passengers(s) asked to disembark. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from point of disembarking. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to:

    • Extreme intoxication

    • Giving alcohol to non-passengers

    • Foul Language or Gestures

    • Public urination /vomiting

    • Loitering more than 5 minutes after the trip

    • Excessive noise/screaming

  8. Any transgressions of the above restrictions may result in the driver ending the trip immediately and causing a minimum $300 Late/Damage/Violation Fee to be charged to the Renter’s credit card. No refund will be issued for trips ended early due to passenger behavior.

  9. All laws and rules regarding alcohol apply to all passengers before, during, and after the Atlanta Beer Bus trips.

Lost/stolen/damaged wristbands will not be replaced. Each individual who travels on the Atlanta Beer Bus is required to have their own wristband.

COVID-19 addition:  Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.

ATLANTA BEER BUS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ATLANTA BEER BUS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, EXPENSE OR LIABILITY RELATING TO, ARISING FROM OR AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE ATLANTA BEER BUS WRISTBAND.

You agree to pay any costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by Atlanta Beer Bus to enforce the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

The invalidity of any term or terms of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect any other term herein, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Atlanta Beer Bus reserves its right to change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue shall lie in Fulton County, Georgia.
